Overview

Honda Civic is the Japanese manufacturer’s highest-selling car globally. The first generation Honda Civic cars were launched in 1972 as a subcompact car.

With Honda’s signature wing chrome grill, diamond cut sporty alloy wheels, and electric sunroof the Honda Civic has come a long way from its first generation cars to place itself among compact car.

A 17.7cm touchscreen infotainment that supports Android Auto and Apple Carplay, TFT meter that enables all the necessary info to the driver without having to leave the steering wheel and a stylish centre console decorate the spacious interior.

All the three variants are furnished with standard safety features such as ABS with EBD, ISOFIX, and multiview reverse camera, only the top spec models come with Curtain airbags and lane watch mirror. The Honda Civic won the prestigious 5-Star rating in the ASEAN NCAP crash test.

The 6-speed manual transmission diesel variant offers a mileage of 26.8kmpl; much better number than the CVT petrol engine’s 16.5kmpl.

Toyota Corolla, Hyundai Elantra, Skoda Octavia are the alternatives in the segment.
