New Generation Kawasaki Ninja 1000 gets split LED headlamp, teardrop shaped fuel tank with 19 litres capacity, IMU, three level traction control system, Kawasaki Cornering Management Function, cornering ABS and many more features.
It gets power from a liquid cooled, four cylinder, in-line 1043cc displacement engine that produces maximum output of 141.9PS at 10000rpm and 111Nm of peak torque at 7300rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox that features assist and slipper clutch.
41mm Inverted front forks and gas-charged rear monoshocks handle suspension duties while 300mm twin discs on the front and 250mm single disc at the rear are provided for braking power. New Kawasaki Ninja 1000 will reach India as semi-knocked down Kits which will be later assembled here.
