announced that they have created a relief task force to its customers affected by the Fani Cyclone in Odisha and West Bengal. Hyundai claims that they will offer services, insurance claims and spare parts to any Hyundai cars affected by the cyclone.
The dedicated emergency road service team, “Hyundai Relief Task Force” consists of 26 flatbed trucks and 21 Towing Trucks and 15 Emergency Road Assistance (ERS) vehicles on alert to assist the customers. They have activated a toll-free number too, in order to give the service at any time and in any part of the city. The toll-free number is 0124- 4343937.
The company has assigned over 40 technicians for Odisha and West Bengal, who will assist the affected vehicle owners to ensure that the vehicle delivery is done in a timely manner.
Hyundai offers special discounts on parts in case of repairs or restorations of cyclone-affected vehicles and they also give 50 percent discount on depreciation on insurance claims.
The Fani, which is claimed to be one of the strongest cyclone attacked the Indian subcontinent in recent times, has ravaged parts of Odisha, killing at least 12 people. Thousands of people have been evacuated from some towns where the storm was expected to us through.
Even though the cyclone has got disappeared, there are damages everywhere. This time Hyundai is stepping up to support its customers is truly appreciable.
