The much-awaited Renault Duster 2019 update has arrived. The starting price is Rs.7.99 lakh and the top-spec variant costs around Rs.12.5 lakh.

Diesel 110PS RXZ AMT are the top specs among the 9 variants available. For those who want to experience the facelifted compact SUV from the French multinational automobile manufacturer at the lowest possible cost, can choose Duster Petrol RXE variant which costs Rs.7.99 lakh.
The new Duster comes with a broader hood and updated detailing works which give it a valiant stance. Projector headlamps and Matte Black tailgate embellisher are new updates across all the variants. A tri-winged full chrome grille, LED DRL, and Midnight Black with Stone Grey interior colours are freshly added features distributed among the variants.
The interior seems inviting and once you enter the car, you would be amazed by the comfort it offers. The Midnight Black interiors, premium blue glazed seats, the dual tone centre fascia with soft-touch dashboard and trims looks attractive at a glance. The new style steering wheel with soft touch buttons, the multi-information display provides an enhancement in the tech front.
ABS with EBD and BA, Hill-Start Assist, Electronic Stability Program, Cruise control, Dual Airbags, Speed alert, etc provides better safety than its predecessor. The 17.64cm integrated MediaNAV Evolution Touchscreen supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This integrated system provides guidelines for efficient driving. Like its predecessor, there is no information available on NCAP safety rating of the updated version is not available. The two airbags seems inadequate for an SUV. The occupant safety could have been better. A compromise in safety front is due to the price point.
