Ducati SuperSport has been launched in India in two variants that include a standard one and a top end variant Super Sport S priced at Rs.12.08 and Rs.13.09 lakh respectively. These bikes draw their inspiration from the Panigale model that seems evident on the split headlamps and LED daytime running lights. Both are built on a tubular trellis frame. Super Sport standard comes with 43mm Marzocchi USD forks at the front and an adjustable Sachs monoshock suspension at the rear while Super Sport S comes with 48mm Ohlins front forks and rear monoshocks.
These bikes are fitted with 937cc, V-twin, liquid-cooled engine that produces 109bhp and 93Nm of peak torque while being coupled to a 6-speed transmission. Twin 320mm semi floating discs at the front and single 245mm disc at the rear handle braking duties. Super Sport standard comes available in Ducati Red colour while top end S comes available in both Ducati Red and Star White colours.
Both variants of Super Sport gets ride by wire technology and is available in three riding modes- Sport, Touring and Urban. They also get upmarket features like an all LCD instrument console and a waterproof USB port.
