The new Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition comes in 4 colours - Black, Bordeaux Red, White, and Silver. A chrome rearview mirror, retro-styled leatherette seat, black alloy wheels, special edition emblem in the side, and a front pocket distinguishes the Special Edition Suzuki Access from its older sibling.

The pricing of the Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition is similar to the normal edition. The disc brake with CBS variant costs Rs. 68,466 and the normal Disc Brake variant costs Rs. 66,724. (The prices mentioned are the ex-showroom prices in Kerala)
The 2019 Suzuki Access 125 won the J.D. Power Award for the best upper executive scooter in initial quality. The new scooter rivals with Honda Activa, Honda Grazia, TVS Ntorq, and Mahindra Gusto.
