Tata Harrier

The long wait is finally over and the most anticipated car for the year 2019 from Tata has been officially launched. Let us take a look into the price details and variant features list.

As expected, the prices are in the range of Rs.12 lakh to Rs.16 lakh. Harrier receives a single engine and single transmission option. The 2.0 diesel engine is sourced from Fiat is mated to a manual transmissionand makes around 140bhp and 350Nm of peak torque.

The automatic variant may be expected in the near future as Tata plans to outsource the automatic gearbox units from Hyundai . That’s not all. Tata also seems to be developing an H7X model, the 7- seater variant by the end of this year.

Even if you have all the money to buy Harrier, you can’t get your hands on it if you missed to book one earlier. Apparently, the bookings that began in October 2018 have crossed 16,000 in December.
