Trending bike news Kinetic Motoroyale launched the brand’s 800 RR America limited edition in India at a price of 18.73 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike is priced around Rs.30,000 lesser than the standard model. As we all know, Kinetic Motoroyale is the Indian partner for Italian motorcycle brand MV Agusta.

Apparently only five units of this new motorcycle is allocated for retail in India while globally the production of this model is limited to 200 units. Each of these motorcycle units come with an “American Special Edition” badge and a production run number. Red copped seat, blue painted robust fuel tank, and some white accents here and there, all together enhance the American look on the bike.

Like all limited editions, this model too receives zero mechanical changes. It gets the same 798cc, in-line three-cylinder engine that makes 140bhp of power at 12,300rpm and 87Nm of torque at 10,100rpm. The engine is paired to a six speed transmission unit with slipper clutch. Suspension jobs are handled by rebound adjustable Marzocchi USD forks at the front and a Sachs monoshock at the rear. Braking power on this motorcycle is rendered by Brembo 320mm double floating disc at the front and a single 220mm disc at the rear.

175 kgs weight makes this bike one of the most light weighed model in the segment.

Trending bike news MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR America Edition appears inspired from the 1975 MV Agusta S America 750 model. The engine remains the same as of the standard edition like all other limited editions. The 798cc inline-three-cylinder which sits inside a steel trells frame, produces 14bhp worth power at 12,300 RPM and 87Nm of torque at 10,100rpm. The bike is also lightest in terms of kerb weight in the segment at 175kgs. The bike has Marzocchi USD forks in front and Sachs monoshock in the rear. The bike will be sold out via Kinetic owned Motoroyale showrooms in the country . Limited sales and service outlets will also be available in the county.

It is indeed news of great pride that more and more brands from outside India are coming forward to open outlets and do serious business in the country. India is one of the most promising market for automobiles in the world and it looks like we will have more and more brands marching in from all over the globe.
