Trending bike news Emflux Motors, an electric motorcycle manufacturer in Bangalore had unveiled their debut electric bike Emflux One, in the 2018 AutoExpo and have been working on the production spec model since then. Now, they have released a teaser that shows two more models Emflux TWO and Emflux TWO+ to follow in their lineup.

Emflux ONE will be a fully faired superbike and will be priced at Rs.6 lakh while the upcoming TWO and TWO+ will be naked street fighter models as per the teased pictures. Emflux TWO will be cheaper while the TWO+ will be the range topping variant and hence may feature a more powerful engine, though not as powerful as the flagship Emflux ONE model.

As per the teaser picture, Emflux TWO will get a range of 160kms on full charge, will sprint from 0-100kmph in 4.5 seconds and achieve a top speed of 160kmph. Emflux TWO+ on the other hand, will get a range of 200kms on full charge, touch 0-100kmph speeds in 3.6 seconds and attain a top speed of 180kmph. While there has been no other updates including the launch of the debut model Emflux ONE, we hope it will roll out of the factory in 2020.

Electric vehicles segment is fast catching up in the country and we wish more and more start ups come forward so that we have more of Made in India products in the market.

Trending bike news 4-stroke, 1-cylinder, oil-cooled 249cc engine with SOHC, 4 valve system give rise to a torque of 22.6Nm @ 7500rpm and power of 26.5ps @ 9000rpm. The motorcycle is equipped with a fuel-injection system and a 6-speed transmission.

The motorcycle possesses many aggressive looks than its predecessor. The new Suzuki gixxer 250 comes with a lot of revisions; freshly designed LED headlamp, dual-channel ABS, an updated twin-muffler, and a split seat to name a few.

The motorcycle features alloy wheels and a 300mm front disc brake which is bigger than the 266mm front disc seen in the older version. The front fork is larger now with a 41mm diameter.

The manufacturer provides the necessary accessories such as bumper bracket, DC Socket to charge a mobile phone, knuckle cover, saddlebags and a skid plate. The knuckle cover enhances the stylish looks as well as protects the knuckles in the event of a crash.

With the arrival of Gixxer 250 naked bike, the quarter-litre bike segment is getting crowded. Yamaha FZ25 and KTM Duke 250 are the direct rivals of the new Suzuki motorcycle. TVS Apache RTR 200 4v, Bajaj NS 200, KTM Duke 200 are the alternate options for those who prefer a lesser displacement engine.
