Two other colour schemes named Race Replica and Titanium Metallic Over Black Pearl are also available.

The Indian Motorcycle FTR 1200 S comes at an ex-showroom price of Rs.14.99 lakh whereas the FTR 1200 S Race Replica costs an extra premium of Rs.50,000. The on-road price in Kerala is Rs.22.45 lakh for the Race Replica version and Rs.20.24 lakh for the standard version.

The FTR 1200 S features an Inverted Telescopic Cartridge Fork 150mm front suspension while the rear end sports a 150mm Monotube IFP suspension. The new bike is the first naked streetfighter model from the American manufacturer.

The physical dimensions are as follows: Length - 2287mm, Width - 850mm, Height -1297mm, Wheelbase - 1524mm, Seat height - 805mm/840mm, Ground Clearance - 183mm.

The new bike from the American Manufacturer is inspired by the FTR 750 flat track race bike. The rear swingarm design and the tank silhouette proudly showcases the flat track heritage. The centre of gravity aids better handling of the motorcycle, thanks to the fuel tank located under the seat.

The three modes available - Sport, Standard, and Rain - matches the different riding conditions and provides the right throttle response and traction control intervention. The lean-angle sensitive stability control, ABS, traction control, and wheelie mitigation control contributes to the safety of the rider.

Two Ducati bikes - Monster 1200 and Ducati Diavel 1260, Triumph Bonneville T120, and Moto Guzzi Audace are the rivals of this naked street bike.
