Trending car news Kia Motors India is all geared up to unveil their first product in India, Seltos compact SUV on June 20th. The brand has been releasing teasers of this upcoming model revealing only small portions to spice up the surprise element.

What is clear in the video is its tiger nose grille, LED headlamps and tail lamps, with generous amounts of chrome running through the silhouette. Roof rails, shark fin antenna, dual tone alloys, double exhaust pipes are other features presumably made available on Seltos.

Interiors are expected to be loaded with a host of features that includes a 10.25 inch touchscreen infotainment system, electric sunroof, ventilated seats, multi-functional steering wheel, cruise control, hill hold assist, quiet mode for driver on Bluetooth, ambient lighting and many more.

As we all know, Seltos will bring the engine from Hyundai stable as seen on Hyundai Creta . For the uninformed, Kia Motors is the premium wing of Hyundai in the global arena. The 1.5L petrol and diesel engine will be offered in variants with manual and automatic transmission units.

We will have to wait for another two more days when the brand will officially reveal more features and specifications of their debut model in India.

Trending car news The new features include automatic HID headlamps, daytime running lights, electrochromic mirror, rain sensing wipers, push-button start and tyre pressure monitoring system. The car theme is dark throughout the exteriors. Thunder edition comes with dark inserts on its headlamp cluster and fog lamps. The car sits on 17 inch alloy wheels that are also black to give it a distinct appearance.

The cabin also gets the dark theme by dual-tone dashboard, door panels and seats finished in cognac accents. Other features on this limited edition model are an electric sunroof, 9-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system that gets SYNC 3, Apple Carplay and Android Auto with embedded navigation.

The limited Thunder edition is powered by the same 1.5-litre three-cylinder TiVCT petrol that puts out 121bhp with a company claimed mileage of 17kmpl. There is also the tried and tested 1.5-litre diesel engine which makes 99bhp with a company claimed mileage of 23kmpl.
